Return Policy
At Candy Carousel, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of our candy when it reaches your doorstep.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at candycarousel.ca@gmail.com. We will evaluate the situation and strive to correct any issues as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items Our products include:
- Perishable goods such as candy
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

No Exchanges Since all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refunds for Issues While we do not offer returns, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, after our assessment, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. If a refund is granted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please contact us if it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, and you have not received it yet.
